Art-Full Barn DBA as Old Clarkesville Mill Art and Antiques Mall
In 2004, The Art-Full Barn's expansion at Old Clarkesville Mill included a new enterprise, an 18,000 square foot art and antique mall. The new store quickly attracted dozens of dealers, and today you'll find a truly amazing assortment of vintage and antique merchandise and art and crafts created by regional artists in the old textile mill. In 2013 OCMA&A Mall expanded again into the HUGE area behind the original Antique Mall!
Individual vendors rent floor space to sell their wares in booths they set up and decorate themselves. Each booth has it's own individual flare and personality. All sales go through a one of two central registers located at either the South or West entrances so the vendors don't have to maintain personnel in their booths during store hours leaving them free to go about their daily lives. Floor space rental prices range from $1.25 per square foot to as low as $1.00 per square foot for larger spaces. Call Gail at 706-754-1247 to set up an appointment to view available spaces.

Old Clarkesville Mill Art & Antique Mall welcomes all dealers with quality merchandise! Our basic criteria for space in the vintage/antique area of the store is that all merchandise must be made in the 1980’s or earlier OR be made by a local artist or crafter. New local art and vintage and antique items may be mixed in a booth or display. We also have space available for new merchandise sales and quality re-sale items in the adjoining room, as well as a consignment program and a charitable donation option. If you have a sales idea, we would love to help you bring it to the public!
RENTAL RATES
Minimum monthly rent for any dealer: $25.00
50 square feet of space or less $1.50 per square foot
51 to 300 square feet of space $1.25 per square foot
301 to 500+ square feet $1.00 per square foot
Lockable cabinets and cases $25 to $65 per month
Our space is very affordable, with an average 8 x 10 booth renting for just $100 per month. We have an initial six month lease, no deposit, and after your first six months, no further lease required-you stay as long as you want! Further rent discounts may be available for large businesses who provide their own sales staff and licenses.
