Jonnett moved here from Atlanta soon after the Art and Antiques Mall opened and has been an integral part of our operation ever since.She started painting in 1999 and took classes and workshops from a wonderful teacher, Gloria Satterfield, in Peachtree City. Jonnett retired in 2006 and moved to Demorest along with a houseful of dogs and cats. Since retiring she has devoted herself to her artwork.  She works in oils and her subject matter consists of landscapes, still-lifes and figurative work. Jonnett is especially interested in portraiture and continues to go to classes and workshops. She says "I never stop learning!  I love to paint and hope to still be painting when I am 100 years old".
