A native of Northeast Georgia, Jim Chapman's work has been featured in International Artist magazine, The Artist’s Magazine, Drawing Attention, Watercolor Magic, Drawing Attention (Urban Sketchers e-zine) and in the National Watercolor Society annual exhibition. He holds an MFA from Georgia State University.
