Maria Childers has fun every day creating cards and 3D paper art. She began her journey in 2010, when her mom passed away. She didn’t know what to get or give family members for Christmas that year. A friend, who makes beautiful hand made cards suggested Maria make customized calendars for everyone. Maria laughed and told her that she do not have an artistic bone in her body. The friend helped Maria through the process and everyone loved their calendar. Maria really enjoyed the process, took a class from her friend and learned she indeed has much talent. She continues to surprise her self and help others see they have talent as well.
